1. Introduction to Services

mmk2 is a platform providing live casino, sports betting, slots, card games, and other online games for players in Myanmar. This document is the official agreement between the player and mmk2, and sets out the rights, responsibilities, and restrictions relating to the use of the services.

Services may be expanded or changed at any time, and the relevant terms and conditions may also be amended after notifying players. Continued use of the services after changes are published on this page means you accept the updated agreement.

2. Eligibility to Use the Services

2.1 Age Restriction

Access to mmk2 services is permitted only to players aged 21+. mmk2 reserves the right to suspend the account of any player found to be under 21 at any time, and any funds accumulated during the suspension period may be forfeited.

2.2 Restricted Regions

If mmk2 determines that a player is attempting to access the services from a country or region where doing so is prohibited by law, mmk2 may suspend or block that account. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the services complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same player are detected, mmk2 reserves the right to close all such accounts, and any winnings or bonus funds accumulated during that period may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

The name, date of birth, and contact information provided during registration must be accurate. mmk2 may suspend any account opened with incorrect information at any time. After a period of activity, mmk2 may request that a player submit identification or citizenship documents for verification.

3.3 Account Security

Players must keep their account login credentials secure. Players are responsible for all activity carried out on their own account. mmk2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from play by another person on your account. If you notice any suspicious access, notify mmk2 customer service immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

A minimum deposit of 3,000 Ks is required. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer only. mmk2 may restrict withdrawals until the account verification process is completed.

4.2 Withdrawals

A minimum withdrawal of 10,000 Ks is required. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. If there is a delay due to individual checks and reviews, please contact customer support.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

Please note that withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. If bonus funds are involved, withdrawals are only permitted after the wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The mmk2 welcome bonus is 150% on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks, and you must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

Another example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving you a balance of 720,000 Ks, and you must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

5.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonus funds are considered to be wagered only after all real money funds have been used. If mmk2 suspects that a player is attempting to abuse bonuses fraudulently, mmk2 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account. The specific terms of each bonus may be supplemented by the individual promotion rules as shown on the promotions page.

5.3 VIP Player Tier System

mmk2 has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Tier upgrades are based on the player's gaming activity. Cashback announcements for any given VIP period are as stated on the mmk2 promotions page.

6. Fair Play and Protection

6.1 Prohibited Cheating

Modifying, reverse-engineering, or exploiting game software, using automated betting software (bots), or altering gameplay through third-party software is strictly prohibited. If such manipulation is detected, mmk2 may permanently suspend the account and reverse any funds.

6.2 Irregular Conduct

If collusion between players, money laundering attempts, or deliberate bonus abuse is detected, mmk2 has the right to take action. In such cases, mmk2 may also refer the matter to the relevant legal authorities.

7. Player Data and Privacy

8. Service Termination and Suspension

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may close their account voluntarily. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure — subject to the applicable withdrawal approval policies.

8.2 mmk2-Initiated Suspension

mmk2 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, disputed activity, suspicious betting patterns, or activity deemed to be in breach of the law. mmk2 also has the right to make financial decisions related to such suspensions.

mmk2 customer support is available 24/7 in Myanmar language via Live Chat. English support is also available by email at [email protected]. mmk2 only provides official support through these two channels — contact through any other method cannot be considered an official mmk2 service.

10. Limitation of Liability

mmk2 is not responsible for gaming losses, losses resulting from unauthorized access attempts, or deductions caused by third-party software errors. If a technical issue occurs (such as server downtime or unresponsiveness), please contact customer support immediately — for any games played during that period, mmk2's Server Log decision is final.

11. Policy Amendments

mmk2 may update these terms and conditions at any time. For major changes, players will be notified by email or through the method shown on the service 7 days in advance. Continuing to play after an announcement means you accept the updated terms.
